As a psychotherapist, I’m here to support you on your journey toward greater well-being. I bring a gentle and curious approach to help you explore the parts of yourself and your journey that may feel difficult to talk about.

I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I’ve worked with a range of clients on issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, creating a treatment plan that fits clients’ unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop coping skills and self-awareness. I have training in both of these modalities.
